Alfredo Jaar and his art work

As I went throughout searching the life of Alfredo Jaar I noticed that he never study art, instead he studies more deeply architect and film. What is surprised me, is that all of his education now is related with the methodology of art what is mean that everything he learned he associated with art. The background of his education now is based on art, now I understand the doubtfully when ones feels unsure of his career and decide to move what is really attract   to someone  and see himself as his long life coming up. Therefore, is impressive how he became famous and still hitting and touching people heart just by his vulnerable work of politics, genocides, cultures etc.  Indeed, Alfredo Jaar now is recognized all around the world for his incredible real life event and creativeness of his mind. 

Alfredo Jaar was born in Santiago, Chile in 1956. He attended institute chileno Norte  Americano cultural, Santiago (1979) and Universidad de Chile, Santiago 1981. He moved to new York in 1982 (pbs.org). A t the age of 5 his father decide to move to a ranch island call Martin, and he lived there for 10 years long. What is more, at the age of 15 his father announced that they are going back to Chile. As the process of his childhood, Alfredo confessed that he was incredible shy and his father took him to a psychiatric and he gives two choices to overcome the shyness. one was that the psychiatric bought him a little box of magic, this one was used to confront the audience and break the fairness of his childhood .

One of his best work and most recognized by people was the "Rwanda pr oject" and  one of the project that he took so long to develop. Jaar took six years with the Rwanda project. He started his work in (1994) and in that time Jaar was shock about the 1,000,000 death bodies and it just appeared in six to seven line(imaginarymuseum.org). Jaar decided to went there and be witness of the catastrophic even he has had ever presented. Jaar took his part and wanted to show the horror to the world. He took many picture, but it failed at last he show just in one picture the eyes of a young man. In that picture depict the eyes of sorrow and sadness moment when this young man  has had witness how their parents were kill with machetes.      

According to viewer "Galerie Lelong" express his idea about Alfredo Jaar to employ a fresh style and an ironic conceptualism to communicate some of the world's most tragic human situation. Here is what he is most recognized, dealing with genocide in Rwanda, he create a smooth theater of pictures, text and props that provoke extremely ambivalent feeling(LexisNexis). Next, Jaar show his work in many photograph that are accumulated depicting a mountain figures. all those pictures are the eyes of Guetete Emerita, a woman who survived the massacre but saw her husband and children being murdered. Jaar what is intended to show in with all the pictures is one million of bodies flowing in the river during the Rwanda genocide.

Clearly, as we saw his hard and noble work of Jaar, he is most focus in bring and made the eyes of readers to noticed what is happening around us. Sometimes we don't know what is happening in the world because some of them don't like to read or don't awake his/her interest about news, but with an images we can have a big deal of imagination about what is occurring at our back, as an old saying says an images worth a thousand of words. This is Jaar, politic, war, genocide and human catastrophic events that we are surprised in the world in what we are living in.
